The second polar body (PB2) of mouse embryo may contains some crutial factors that control fate asymmetry. This study is aimed at discovering differentially expressed genes in PB2 compared with zygote. PB2 and Zygote of 1-cell mouse embryos were sperated after removing zona pellucida. Then mRNA profile of collected PB2 and zygote were analysed.
