Single-cell RNA-Sequencing of Wild-type Perinatal Mice Thymi

We prepared enzymatically digested thymus single cell suspensions for scRNA-Seq. Cells were extracted from perinatal mice, and TEC cells were enriched via FACS using anti-EpCAM and Anti-CD45 to isolate EpCAM+ CD45- TECs. Overall design: FACS purified TECs were obtained from P0, P3, P7, P10, P15 and P28 C57Bl6/J male and female thymuses. Supplicate experiments were performed for each time point except for P15.
