These datasets contain raw and processed microscopy images supporting Figures 3-6, and Supplementary Figure 2 of the paper "The assembly of a hybrid type IV secretion system by a Crohn’s disease-associated Escherichia coli strain" by Wong et al., 2025. The images were generated as described in the "Methods" section of the associated publication. Please see the included README.txt for details on folder structure and data processing.
