资源简介:
Here, we provide data from a multi-taxonomic study comparing the biodiversity of traditional meadow orchards and intensively managed apple orchards in South Tyrol, a mountain region in the Central Alps. Our study investigates the multi-taxonomic diversity of seven groups: vascular plants, wild bees, diurnal butterflies, orthopterans, spiders, birds, and bats, along with macro-invertebrates inhabiting four habitat strata (soil, ground-dwelling, herb, and tree layer). Each group and stratum was sampled using targeted methods. Detailed information about the sampling methods and the nature of the data is provided in the dataset.
