Integrative Identitätsarbeit mit Jugendlichen in der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie – Ko-kreative Praxis in einer sensiblen Entwicklungsphase Integrative identity work with young people in child and adolescent psychiatry – co-creative practice in a sensitive development phase

Die vorliegende Graduierungsarbeit befasst sich mit Möglichkeiten der Integrativen Identitätsarbeit mit Jugendlichen im klinischen Alltag. Als Grundlage werden die Integrative Identitätstheorie und deren prozessuales Identitätsmodell vorgestellt. Im Sinne einer Persönlichkeitstheorie in der Lebensspanne werden nachfolgend zentrale Aspekte der Identitätsentwicklung im Jugendalter, welches mit grossen biopsychosozialen Veränderungen einhergeht und entsprechend als sensible Entwicklungsphase zu sehen ist, thematisiert und im Kontext eingebettet. Auf dieser Basis werden spezifische Aspekte der therapeutischen Arbeit mit Jugendlichen reflektiert, die besonders zu beachten sind. Auf theoretischer Ebene sowie anhand einfliessender Praxisbeispiele werden schliesslich Reframing, Identitätsbilder in der ko-kreativen Praxis, die Arbeit an den fünf Säulen sowie Lifestyle-Arbeit als Möglichkeiten der Integrativen Identitätsarbeit vorgestellt. The present graduation thesis explores the possibilities of Integrative Identity Work with adolescents in clinical everyday life. The foundation for this exploration includes the introduction of Integrative Identity Theory and its procedural identity model. In the context of a lifespan personality theory, central aspects of identity development in adolescence, which is associated with significant biopsychosocial changes and is thus considered a sensitive developmental phase, are discussed and embedded in the context. Building on this foundation, the thesis reflects on specific aspects of therapeutic work with adolescents that require particular attention.
