This project sequenced, assembled, and annotated new genomes for every major lineage of hornworts (Anthocerotophyta). Species include: Anthoceros agrestis 'Oxford', Anthoceros fusiformis, Anthoceros punctatus, Leiosporoceros dussii, Megaceros flagellaris, Notothylas orbicularis, Paraphymatoceros pearsonii, Phaeoceros carolinianus, Phaeomegaceros fimbriatus, and Phymatoceros phymatodes. Each sample has corresponding Illumina WGS DNA, Oxford Nanopore WGS DNA, Illumina polyA-enriched RNA, and Phase Genomics Hi-C sequence data.
