Dataset for Coherence effects in LIPSS formation on silicon wafers upon picosecond laser pulse irradiations

The dataset contains the source files associated with Figs. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9 of the manuscript submitted to the Journal of Physics D, i.e., original microscope images of the laser-irradiation craters reported in the manuscript as well as data (crater height profile and numerical simulation data) from which most of the graphs in the manuscript were plotted.
