Interlanguage and Mathematical Translation Methodology Sidecar (Post-2DE Route-Context Delta)

This record preserves the interlanguage and constructed-language methodology sidecar for the Modern LaTeX Manuscripts project: Interslavic and Slavic translation governance, weighted automaton and term-weight ledgers, CJK/Arabic/RTL/Persianate source-body support packages, and Claude/ChatGPT/Fable provenance materials. Read first: 00_Interlanguage_Methodology_Current_20260706.pdf. This version keeps the July 6 front files and the grouped side-branch payloads from the previous version, and adds a small post-2DE route-context delta from origin/codex/noether-pc-20260629 at commit 516abae30. The new file 10_Interlanguage_OtherPC_Post2DE_RouteContext_Returns_20260707.zip contains 257 exported branch files plus manifest/summary wrappers: route-context returns, Persianate/Tajik source-use gap ledgers, non-Slavic route packets, and transfer-audit rows. Status caveat. This is methodology, source-body routing, provenance, and corpus-infrastructure material. It is not a certified language edition, not native-speaker approval, not accepted terminology, not source-fidelity certification, not a reader output, and not proof that any language branch is complete.
