The current study aimed to establish a discriminative gene-based classifier of survival outcomes of T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) patients by exploring global gene-expression profiles of progressive versus progression-free T-LBL patients for differentially expressed candidate genes. Affymetrix Human Gene 2.0 ST microarray (ThermoFisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA) was used to select differentially expressed genes. Our microarray identified differentially expressed mRNAs between 22 progressive and 28 progression-free T-LBL patients.
