MPCM output used for the Figures in the paper "Increased Hydrogen escape from Mars atmosphere during periods of high obliquity" accepted on Nature Astronomy.
FIgure 1 uses netcdf files called "concat_PhiH*nc" containing the H-escape rate (s-1) simulated for the corresponding Mars Years:
concat_PhiH_MY28.nc, concat_PhiH_MY32.nc, concat_PhiH_MY33.nc
2. Figure 2 uses netcdf files called "concat3my*nc" containing the simulations for the reference simulation, for obliquity 30º and obliquity 35º, and corresponding start files:
H-escape rate (s-1): concat3my_ref_PhiH.nc, concat3my_obl30_PhiH.nc, concat3my_obl35_PhiH.nc
3. Figure 3 uses netcdf files called "concat3my*nc" containing the simulations for the reference simulation, for obliquity 30º and obliquity 35º

Figure 1 uses the netcdf files called "concat_PhiH*nc" containing the H-escape rate for: the simulation without microphisics and without extended ion reactions (concat_PhiH_nomicro_noh2oplus.nc), the simulation including the H2O microphysical model but not the H2O-ion photochemistry (concat_PhiH_noh2oplus.nc), a simulation including the both the H2O microphysical model and the extended H2O ionospheric reactions (concat_PhiH_ref.nc)
