按照工会经费征收系统的统一技术标准，依托工会经费征收系统建设小微企业工会经费返还管理平台，实现小微企业认定、经费返还申请、申请信息核实确认、经费返还信息记账、银行支付信息对账，以及小微企业基本信息和经费返还信息的查询、汇总和分析功能。

In accordance with the unified technical standards of the trade union fund collection system, a management platform for trade union fund refunds of small and micro enterprises is built based on the trade union fund collection system. This platform implements functions including small and micro enterprise qualification verification, fund refund application, verification and confirmation of application information, bookkeeping of fund refund information, reconciliation of bank payment information, as well as query, summarization and analysis of basic information of small and micro enterprises and fund refund information.
