Gallus gallus gonadal tissue transcriptome

This project involves the analysis of 30 RNA-seq samples derived from adult male gonadal tissues of Green-legged Partridge-Like chickens, specifically at 21 weeks of age. These samples were collected as part of a three-generation experimental study, focusing on the second (F2) and third (F3) generations. For each generation, samples were obtained from five distinct groups, with each group containing three samples. The groups are as follows:1/Control: eggs were in ovo injected with 0.9% NaCl), 2/eggs were in ovo injected with synbiotic in F1. 3/ eggs were in ovo injected with synbiotic and choline in F1; 4/ eggs were in ovo injected with synbiotic in F1 and F2; 5/ eggs were in ovo injected with synbiotic and choline in F1 and F2.
