Curated occurrence records of Acanthamoeba genotypes across Southeast Asia

A curated dataset of 232 Acanthamoeba occurrence records across Southeast Asia, compiled from published studies. The dataset includes country, location, geographic coordinates, genotype/species identification, analytical group assignment, source reference, and DOI. It was developed as the master occurrence database for ecological niche modeling of Acanthamoeba in the Philippines. The dataset is not spatially thinned for the specific MaxEnt analyses and is provided as a reusable occurrence resource for ecological, epidemiological, biogeographical, and spatial analyses.
