The purpose of the whole-genome sequencing was to assess the potential off-target mutations in SNIP-R genomic deletion platform. SNIP-R mediated deletion of IFNG promoter (or non-targeting control) were performed in activated CD8+ T cells (from two human PBMC donors) and genomic DNA was sent to Genewiz for 10X coverage whole-genome sequencing.
