The role of SHMT2 in driving pancreatic cancer progression remains incompletely understood. Our previous findings demonstrated that SHMT2 enhances glycolytic metabolism and promotes proliferative and invasive capacities in pancreatic cancer cells. To delineate the precise molecular mechanism underlying these observations, we performed transcriptomic sequencing. Overall design: The control group was treated with null virus transfection and the experimental group was treated with SHMT2 knockdown lentivirus.
