This dataset contains a gamma-ray energy spectrum mesured at inelastic proton scattering on a 62Ni target, at incident beam energy of 180 MeV. The data was extracted from a primary two-dimensional coincidence matrix of excitation energy (Ex) versus gamma-ray energy (Eγ) with the requirement of choosing events corresponding to the decay of excited 62Ni nuclei directly to the ground state.
