Salinity is an important environmental factor in aquaculture, and Clostridium autoethanogenum protein has promising application prospects as a new protein source in aquaculture feed. Therefore, this study investigated the effects of CAP on Litopenaeus vannamei under different salinity conditions by analyzing growth performance, immune response, and transcriptome.
