Whole-genome sequencing data for phages ΦXhv-2, ΦXhv-5, ΦXhv-7, ΦXhv-12, ΦXhv-15, ΦXhv-16, ΦXhv-18, and ΦXhv-28 (raw reads, FASTQ format)

Most files are provided as Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx) or ZIP archives, compatible with R and other statistical software. Raw sequencing data are supplied as compressed FASTQ files.All datasets correspond to the analyses described in the main text and supplementary materials of the publication.
