We used a microarray to compare bulk gene expression differences between ASD+/+ and ASD+/- tumor stroma. We observed enrichment for neutrophil transcripts in ASD+/- stroma compared to ASD+/+ Tumors were digested and then isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) into Tumor (PECAM1-;tdTomato+) and Stroma (PECAM1-;tdTomato-) cells prior to gene expression microarray
