Microarray Analysis of ALR Knockdown in Huh7 Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells

This dataset contains Affymetrix microarray data and processed results from experiments investigating the effects of Augmenter of Liver Regeneration (ALR, encoded by GFER) knockdown on gene expression in human hepatocellular carcinoma (Huh7) cells.
Huh7 cells were transduced with lentivirus carrying ALR siRNA or control siRNA. Total RNA was extracted five days post-infection and hybridized to the Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array (GPL570).
The dataset includes raw CEL files, normalized matrix data, and metadata describing the experimental design and analysis methods.
