This dataset represents a quantitative LC‑MS/MS–based phosphoproteomic analysis of neural stem cells from the adult mouse subependymal zone, engineered for conditional deletion of one allele of the mitotic kinase Plk1 upon 4‑hydroxytamoxifen (4‑OHT) treatment, using four independent biological replicates (R1-R4) in which recombination efficiency was experimentally validated.

dataset_legend – Overview of the dataset structure and concise descriptions of all tables included in this file.
ident_peptides – Peptide–spectrum match results from LC‑MS/MS data.
ident_proteins – Protein identification results after strict protein inference and redundancy control.
ident_legend – Legend table listing peptide modification codes (PSI‑MOD controlled vocabulary) and MS/MS database search engine identifiers used in the experiment, including indication of searches incorporating Ser/Thr/Tyr phosphorylation as variable modifications.
quant_design – Summary of differential regulation analyses across sample arrangements (R1–R4).
quant_(D_vs_lox) – Quantitative analysis results for the D (recombined) vs lox (control) comparison.
