This database contains 16,042 small molecules, 909 associated enzymes, and 149 associated transport proteins, covering metabolites under normal metabolic conditions as well as those generated during baking and alcohol production. YMDB is supported by the Metabolomics Innovation Centre (TMIC) of Canada, and funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and the Canada Foundation for Innovation.
