Opinion on the future of workplace gender equality in China 2023, by gender

According to an annual survey conducted in China in the beginning of 2023, almost a third of surveyed female professionals thought that current gender inequality situation at work might get better in the future, but only 17 percent were certain that the situation will improve. Meanwhile, more than 28 percent of male respondents felt very optimistic about this issue.

根据2023年初在中国进行的一项年度调查，近三分之一的受访女性专业人士认为，目前职场中的性别不平等状况在未来可能会有所改善，但仅有17%的受访者对此表示确信。与此同时，超过28%的男性受访者对此问题持非常乐观的态度。
