Lab-Scale Constructed Wetland Performance Data - Synthetic Wastewater
收藏资源简介:
This dataset reports experimental results from lab-scale constructed wetland (CW) systems treating synthetic wastewater, evaluated under different substrate configurations (expanded cork, raw cork, gravel, gravel+biochar) and flow types (vertical-flow VFCW and horizontal-flow HFCW). The dataset is organized into five sheets: Monitoring: Physicochemical influent/effluent data (pH, electrical conductivity, COD, NH4-N, NO3-N, NO2-N, PO4-P, turbidity, dissolved oxygen) across sampling dates and CW lines (L1–L4). TRH: Hydraulic retention time (HRT) performance monitoring at 24h/48h/72h intervals for each substrate configuration, including temperature and influent/effluent parameter comparisons. Photosynthetic pigments: Chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and carotenoid content (Lichtenthaler method) measured in plant tissue across VFCW and HFCW replicates. MDA: Malondialdehyde concentration (oxidative stress biomarker) in plant tissue from VFCW/HFCW replicates, derived from absorbance measurements. FDA: Fluorescein diacetate hydrolysis activity (microbial/enzymatic activity indicator) across VFCW/HFCW samples, including absorbance, fluorescein concentration, and calculated hydrolytic activity.
