A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the wetland ecosystem at Haibei Station (2011-2012, 2014-2015, 2017-2018)

The Haibei National Field Research Station for Alpine Grassland Ecosystem is located in the southeast of Lenglong ridge, north branch of Qilian mountain, northeastern of the Tibetan plateau, within Menyuan County, Qinghai Province. There are three flux towers in the station: Kobresia humilis meadow, Potentilla froticosa shrub meadow, and Kobresia tibetica swamp meadow. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications, we processed the raw observation data collected at Kobresia tibetica swamp meadow in 2011-2012, 2014-2015, and 2017-2018 to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In this dataset, the data for each year includes 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
