Skin and soil microbiome 16S rRNA sequencing from buried and terrestrial porcines

This study investigates the skin microbiomes of porcines in buried and terrestrial environments,along with their associated soil microbiomes,using 16s rRNA gene sequencing.The goal is to characterize microbial community compostion,structure,and functional potential across these distinct environments,with a specific focus on their rrelevance to forensic science,particularly for post interval(PMI) estimation.
