Brachypodium responses to endophytes and abiotic stress (N and simulated drought). RNAseq_Brachypodium-endophytes

This study contains the transcriptomic data of Bd21 response to the presence of 3 different endophytes (AO, AB and ABE [1]) also in presence or absence of abiotic stress: treatment with PEG (simulated drought) and Nitrogen. The fastq file have been already cleaned of adapters and low quality reads.
