Metabolic impact of pesticides on radish: 2D and 3D mass spectrometry imaging of metabolites in Raphanus sativus

The materials include documentation of experiments on mass spectrometry imaging of Raphanus sativus taproot and stem fragment by LARAPPI/CI MSI (laser ablation remote atmospheric pressure photoionization/chemical ionization mass spectrometry imaging) and UHPLC-UHRMS (ultra-high performance liquid chromatography - ultra high resolution mass spectrometry) analysis of Raphanus sativus taproot and stem fragment extracts using the Bruker Impact II instrument in positive and negative mode.LARAPPICI_MSI_100x_pesticides: file contains spectral and spatial data generated during the LARAPPI/CI-MSI analysis of taproot cross section of a radish cultivated with 100-times reccomended field dose of used pesticides. The data is in .d format and can be opened using an open-source R package that is freely available.LARAPPICI_MSI_control: file contains spectral and spatial data generated during the LARAPPI/CI-MSI analysis of taproot cross section of a radish cultivated without pesticide treatment.
