资源简介:
This document provides technical notes regarding the current experimental phase of the Blueprint 24x24 Framework (TCF/TFB), focusing on early calibration tests related to audio interaction and signal organization. The Blueprint framework is not intended to function as a new artificial intelligence system or as a competing AI model. Instead, it is designed as an integration-oriented governance layer that can operate alongside existing AI technologies. The framework introduces a voluntary safety interaction environment, where users may choose to interact with AI systems within a structured and rule-based context. This environment acts as an optional safety layer that can be activated or deactivated by the user. The current testing phase includes audio calibration experiments, aimed at observing environmental noise behavior, language switching effects, and signal variability during interaction. Initial observations indicate that environmental context (such as indoor or outdoor settings) and language configuration may influence signal stability. Additionally, the framework references the use of an external wearable sensor as a contextual input device. The wearable is not intended to function as a traditional smartwatch or personal monitoring device, but as a complementary interface element within the governance framework. The primary objective of this work is to contribute to discussions on AI governance, human–AI interaction safety, and integration frameworks, rather than the development of a standalone AI system.   Author: Chris Montgomery  ORCID: https://orcid.org/0009-0009-5364-249X
