资源简介:
This repository contains the in-situ optical and biogeochemical data collected during field campaigns in 2022 and 2023 along the southern coast of the Baltic Sea, Germany. These data support the analysis of the relationship between effective and diffuse attenuation coefficients in Case 2 coastal waters.  The dataset consists of the following files:  1_Station_Biogeochemical_Dataset.csv: Contains station metadata (Latitude, Longitude, Water Depth) and concentrations of optically active constituents (OACs), including Chlorophyll-a, Phaeopigments, Total Suspended Matter (TSM), and CDOM absorption at 440 nm (aCDOM(440)). 2_Raw_Target_Reflectance_Rrs.csv: Provides the hyperspectral remote sensing reflectance (Rrs) measurements used to derive target reflectance decay with depth. 3_Derived_Spectral_Attenuation_Data.csv: Includes the calculated spectral effective attenuation coefficients (Keff) and diffuse attenuation coefficients (Kd) for the 14 valid sampling stations used in the final regression analysis. README.txt: Contains detailed column definitions, units of measurement, and descriptions of the data processing steps used to ensure physical validity.
