This dataset contains raw and processed data, scripts, and figures for the paper "Division of labor promotes the spread of information in colony emigrations by the ant Temnothorax rugatulus"<br>Data, scripts, and figures are uploaded as a zip file to preserve folder structure. <br>After unzipping the dataset, you can run the entire analysis (which will start from raw data, produce all intermediate data, and plot all figures in the paper and supp. info) by executing the R script main.R through a call to source("main.R"). Note that several R libraries are required to successfully execute the scripts.
