Positional uncertainty

Positional uncertainty arises from inaccuracies in recorded geographic coordinates of species occurrences, which can degrade model performance and distort ecological interpretations of species-environment relationships.This study proposed a simulated annealing approach for addressing positional uncertainty in the MaxEnt model, informed by the theoretical morphology of species response curves to environmental factors.The Code file contains all the code used in this experiment, and the Data file contains the initial data and final results produced in this experiment.
