Derived data for "Patient-level replication shapes inferential calibration and candidate prioritization in spatial transcriptomics"

This dataset archive contains the study-generated audit records, derived statistical results, formal tables, publication figures, and figure-panel source-data mappings supporting the study “Patient-level replication shapes inferential calibration and candidate prioritization in spatial transcriptomics”. The archive includes 54 tab-separated result files from the publication-practice audit, clustered-null simulations, empirical spatial-transcriptomic reanalyses, sensitivity analyses, integration and validation; Tables 1–2 and Supplementary Tables S1–S7; Figures 1–4 and Supplementary Figure S1; a high-level data dictionary; provenance documentation; public input accession mapping; a sanitization report; and file-level SHA-256 checksums. The archive contains only study-generated audit annotations, non-identifying derived statistics, tables and figures. Third-party GEO source files, literature PDFs, Zotero identifiers, local filesystem paths, controlled raw sequence data and original patient metadata are not redistributed. The reused public datasets must be obtained from their original repositories using the accessions listed in the archive. The companion analysis software is archived separately under Zenodo DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22004960.
