Here, we used bulk-RNAseq of bulk-HSCs (Lineage-c-Kit+Sca-1+CD150+CD34-/loFlk2- ), LT-HSCs (Hoxb5+Lineage-c-Kit+Sca-1+CD150+CD34-/loFlk2- ), and ST-HSCs (Hoxb5-Lineage-c-Kit+Sca-1+CD150+CD34-/loFlk2- ) from young (2-3 months) or aged (23-25 months) mice to compare age-associated transcriptomic changes. Overall design: cDNA libraries were prepared from bulk-HSCs, ST-HSCs and LT-HSCs using a KAPA RNA HyperPrep kit with RiboErase (HMR) and sequenced using a Hiseq 1500 (Illumina) to obtain 2 × 127 basepair (bp) paired-end reads. Three replicates were sequenced for each population.
