1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane Photofragmentation: each fragment Area & FWHM over the 12–320 eV range

This dataset contains the FHWM and area (in ns) results from each peak resulting from synchrotron irradiation on 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane, with photon energy ranging over 12–320 eV. Comments: The unit used for both FHWM and area is ns, considering the "1 ns resolution" of the mass spectrometer and the dimensionality of the peak height (arbitrary units); All data resulting from fragmentation with photon energy below 30 eV are contaminated with high-order harmonics from the synchrotron beamline; Data resulting from the N₂ molecule ionization are also presented to provide information about the N⁺ peak convolution with the CH₂⁺ one; A limited portion (11–21 u/e) of the corresponding mass spectrum is also provided to allow visualization of changes in the shape of the HF+ peak (20 u/e) over the photon energy range.
