In this study, we analyzed the effect of a three-hour post-mortem interval on single-nucleus RNA signatures in the brains of wild-type (WT) and PS19 mice, a common model of tauopathy.We used N=9 wild-type (WT) C57BL/6J and N=9 tau P301S (PS19) mice.For the 0-hour PMI group, N=4 WT (2 males and 2 females) and N=4 PS19 (3 males and 1 female) mice were used.In the 3-hour PMI group, N=5 WT mice (2 males and 3 females) and N=5 PS19 (3 males and 2 females) mice were utilized.
