Supporting data for "Development of inhaled powder formulation of antimicrobial agents by spray freeze drying technology"

The dataset include raw data and summarised data for the research projects of developing inhalable dry powder formulations of antimicrobial agents. The raw data were obtained from the in evaluation of physicochemical characterisation (particle size, morphology, dissolution, differential scanning calorimetry, powder X-ray diffraction, etc.) and aerosol performance, and <i>in vivo</i> studies that investigate the biodistribution, pharmacokinetics, and antimicrobial activity of the formulated powder formulations. In this dataset, two antimicrobial agents, voriconazole and tamibarotene, were investigated.
