CircRNAs Response to ALS Inhibitor Herbicide Stress in rapeseed

CircRNAs are a special class of non-coding RNA molecules, which are function in transcriptional and posttranscriptional regulation. However, the functional characteristic of circRNAs in response to herbicides have not been reported in oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.), a major oil crop that also supplies proteins for the feed industry in the world. In this study, the participation and function of circRNAs in herbicide-induced response were investigated in rapeseed leaves using two different phenotypic lines with different resistance to SU herbicide.
