This project isolated three bacteria from cheese rind samples and sequenced the genomes of the isolates Halomonas casei ES4, Halmonas sp. H2, and Brevibacterium sp. LE-L. Halomonas ES4 and H2 were isolated from an alpine-style cheese from Vermont, USA. Brevibacterium LE-L was isolated from an alpine-style cheese from Wisconsin, USA.
