This dataset contains clinical data from a 63-year-old male patient who developed delayed-onset pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) following laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair and was subsequently diagnosed with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML). The dataset documents the patient's clinical presentation, laboratory findings, histopathological images, a detailed therapeutic timeline (including antibiotics, corticosteroids, and the IL-36 receptor monoclonal antibody spesolimab), and comparative wound images before and after treatment.
