This data set contains wave gauge and ems data used to write the paper "Wave attenuation through forests under extreme conditions". The aim was to quantify the wave dissipation (wave height reduction) through a full-scale 40-m-long willow forest under extreme wave conditions. The experiments consisted of tests with varying wave conditions (Significant wave heights up to 1.5 meters) at two water-depths (3 and 4.5 meters), and 4 vegetation configuration ( full canopy with leaves, full canopy without leaves, reduced canopy density without leaves and no vegetation).

本数据集为撰写论文《极端工况下林木带的波浪衰减效应》所采集,包含测波仪(wave gauge)与ems相关数据。本研究旨在量化极端波浪工况下,全长40米的实尺柳树林带对波浪的消能效果(即波高衰减)。实验设置了两种水深条件(3米与4.5米)与四种植被配置方案,分别为带叶完整冠层、无叶完整冠层、无叶冠层密度降低方案以及无植被对照组;各方案均开展了不同波浪工况的测试,有效波高最高可达1.5米。
