Whole-exome sequencing analysis of six pairs of HCC primary tumors and matched adjacent tissues

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignancies worldwide. Understanding of the mutation profiles of HCC is instructive for developing personalized therapy and molecular biomarkers. We performed six pairs of HCC primary tumors and matched adjacent tissues to identify the key somatic mutant genes.
