资源简介:
This dataset provides a comprehensive collection of structural and diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data for both the brain and the cervical spinal cord from a cohort of 11 healthy participants. A subset of subjects (6) underwent a second imaging session, allowing for test-retest analyses.
The primary goal of this dataset is to provide high-quality, multi-modal imaging data of both the brain and spinal cord, organized according to the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) standard, facilitating research into neuroanatomy, white matter microstructure, and advanced image processing techniques across the central nervous system.
Raw Data Includes:
Brain: T1-weighted (T1w), T2-weighted (T2w), FLAIR, and multi-shell diffusion-weighted (dwi) scans, along with a reverse phase-encoded (revPE) scan.
Spinal Cord: T2-weighted (T2w), T2*-weighted (mFFE), and multi-shell diffusion-weighted (dwi) scans, along with a reverse phase-encoded scan.
The data is organized following BIDS v1.9.0, with scans differentiated using acq-brain and acq-cord entities. DWI data for the spinal cord is provided in three separate parts (part-1, part-2, part-3).
Derivatives: A rich set of derivatives is also provided, organized by pipeline within the derivatives/ directory. These include:
Preprocessed DWI data (dwi-preproc).
Diffusion model fits for both brain and cord, in native, T1w, and MNI/template spaces (noddi, smifw, sandi, smt, dtidki).
Registration transforms (registration-tools).
Brain tissue segmentations (tissue-segmentation).
Spinal cord-specific segmentations and template mappings (spinalcord-processing).
FreeSurfer outputs for cortical and subcortical analysis (freesurfer).
This dataset offers a valuable resource for researchers interested in comparative neuroanatomy, developing and validating image analysis tools for both brain and spinal cord, and investigating the microstructure of the central nervous system using advanced diffusion modeling techniques.
