Dataset for "Differential response of grasses and legumes to Rhinanthus parasitism: Implications for sward composition and forage quality"

This repository contains the data and R scripts used to reproduce the analyses presented in the associated publication. The materials are organised to ensure transparency and reproducibility of all results described in the manuscript. Repository StructureCode_DRGLR.R — includes all R scripts corresponding to specific analyses, figures and tables in the publication DRGLR_data.csv — contains the dataset used in the analyses Main/ — folder for outputs for the main manuscript generated by the analytical scriptSuppl/ — folder for outputs for the supplementary material generated by the analytical scripts Each script is annotated to guide through data processing, model fitting, and figure or table generation. UsageAll scripts are written in R (version 4.2.1).To reproduce the results, ensure that the required R packages (listed at the beginning of the script) are installed.
