Regulation of uterine genes during the peri-implantation period, and its relationship to gene expression changes in the maternal brain in gestating mice (FAIRE-seq)

In this study, we conducted an integrated analysis of gene expression and chromatin structure of mouse uterus to understand the regulation of uterine expressed genes on gestation day (GD) 4 during the peri-implantation period. Overall design: The whole uterus of preganant mice (n=4) were collected at gestatiion day 4 (GD4). Total RNA was isolated from each uterus and sequenced using Illumina platform.
