贝因美作为奶粉行业重要品牌,授权门店数量多地域广,销售受地区发展,人口组成等客观条件影响,因此数据收集整理以省份作为划分区间。本数据通过对陕西省授权门店经营状况数据的收集和分析,了解门店实际经营状况,更好地为门店提供品牌的商品和服务,对销售行业,门店经营模式都有指导意义。(例如:加大对A,B类门店的铺货以及新品推送,投放优惠至C,D类门店,提高竞争力;对E类门店进行进一步市场调研,及时采取品牌新举措,应对当地市场变化)1、数据收集:从门店系统数据库中,筛选2024年陕西省门店经营相关数据,选中字段为:门店编号,门店名称,门店区域,是否存在增值服务,是否属于核心商圈,其中“是否存在增值服务”,“是否属于核心商圈”属于辅助判定指标。2、数据算法加工:a.用SUM函数以及均值计算,直接输出对应门店“2024年平均每月婴配粉门店POS营业额”所在区间(门店系统内具体数字属于公司机密,选中导出字段为计算后的数值区间); b.使用IF函数,根据营业额及其他指标进行营业状况分级:IF【2024年平均每月婴配粉门店POS营业额>50万,且辅助判断指标满足2个“是”】,判定为A类门店;IF【2024年平均每月婴配粉门店POS营业额>50万,且辅助判断指标满足0或1个“是”】,判定为B类门店;IF【10万<2024年平均每月婴配粉门店POS营业额≤50万,且辅助判断指标满足2个“是”】判定为C类门店;IF【10万<2024年平均每月婴配粉门店POS营业额≤50万,且辅助判断指标满足0或1个“是”】,判定为D类门店;IF【2024年平均每月婴配粉门店POS营业额≤10万,不论辅助判定指标如何】,判定为E类门店。(数据库内皆为有效数据,不存在营业额≤0的情况)。3.数据应用:以年为单位对门店经营状况量化分析,加大对A,B类门店的铺货以及新品推送,投放优惠至C,D类门店,提高竞争力,对E类门店进行进一步市场调研,及时采取品牌新举措,应对当地市场变化。
Beingmate, as a significant brand in the infant formula industry, has a large number of authorized stores spanning across wide regions. Its sales are impacted by objective conditions such as regional development and population composition, so data collection and organization are segmented by province. This dataset collects and analyzes the operational status data of authorized stores in Shaanxi Province to understand the actual business conditions of the stores, better provide branded products and services for them, and offer guidance for the sales industry and store business models. (For example: increase product stocking and new product launches for Class A and B stores, deliver promotions to Class C and D stores to enhance competitiveness; conduct further market research on Class E stores and promptly adopt new brand initiatives to respond to local market changes)
1. Data Collection: Screen the 2024 operational-related data of stores in Shaanxi Province from the store system database, with selected fields including: store ID, store name, store region, whether value-added services are provided, and whether it is located in a core business district. The indicators "whether value-added services are provided" and "whether it belongs to a core business district" serve as auxiliary judgment indicators.
2. Data Algorithm Processing:
a. Use the SUM function and mean calculation to directly output the interval of the "average monthly POS turnover of infant formula stores in 2024" for the corresponding store (the specific figures in the store system are company confidential, so the exported fields are the calculated value intervals);
b. Use the IF function to classify the business status based on the turnover and other indicators:
- Class A Store: If the average monthly POS turnover of infant formula stores in 2024 exceeds 500,000 RMB, and 2 of the auxiliary judgment indicators are "Yes";
- Class B Store: If the average monthly POS turnover of infant formula stores in 2024 exceeds 500,000 RMB, and 0 or 1 of the auxiliary judgment indicators are "Yes";
- Class C Store: If 100,000 RMB < average monthly POS turnover of infant formula stores in 2024 ≤ 500,000 RMB, and 2 of the auxiliary judgment indicators are "Yes";
- Class D Store: If 100,000 RMB < average monthly POS turnover of infant formula stores in 2024 ≤ 500,000 RMB, and 0 or 1 of the auxiliary judgment indicators are "Yes";
- Class E Store: If the average monthly POS turnover of infant formula stores in 2024 ≤ 100,000 RMB, regardless of the auxiliary judgment indicators.
(All data in the database is valid, and there are no cases of turnover ≤ 0.)
3. Data Application: Conduct quantitative analysis of store business status on an annual basis, increase product stocking and new product launches for Class A and B stores, deliver promotions to Class C and D stores to enhance competitiveness, conduct further market research on Class E stores, and promptly adopt new brand initiatives to respond to local market changes.
