This dataset contains NVivo-processed qualitative interview data supporting the research project entitled “Assessing Digital Public Communication Practices: A Case Study in The Library and Archives Office of North Sumatra Province.” The data were derived from in-depth interviews with institutional leaders, communication officers, digital service administrators, and supporting staff involved in managing digital public communication and library–archives services. All interviews were transcribed, anonymized, and systematically coded using NVivo software. The repository includes: Anonymized interview transcripts NVivo project file (.nvp) Coding tree and node classifications Thematic relationship models Hierarchical coding maps Comparison diagrams based on coding references Word frequency analysis and word cloud visualization Analytical memos and codebook documentation The analysis generated several major thematic clusters, including: Digital Public Communication Practices Effectiveness of Digital Communication Implementation Constraints Access Gaps in Marginal Areas Innovative and Effective Digital Communication Models Key analytical dimensions cover message content, feedback management, digital service platforms, interaction access, response speed, infrastructure accessibility, internet network constraints, server limitations, regulatory issues, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, audience segmentation, and stakeholder collaboration. All personal identifiers have been removed to ensure confidentiality and ethical compliance. The dataset is intended for academic reuse in studies related to digital governance, public sector communication, e-government implementation, and qualitative NVivo-based research methodologies.
