Complex genetic resistance to Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato in Solanum pimpinellifolium

The goal is to identify genomic regions and candidate genes associated with Pst19 resistance in wild tomato. Solanum pimipinellifolium accession LA1589 was identified in a high-throughput seedling screen and two mapping approaches identified 11 genes for a role in resistance to Pst19.
