Spectral Library (as xls, speclib, kit)

MaxQuant outputs were loaded into Spectronaut. The processed spectral library was processed by default settings. Files were searched with PA14-fasta gene data. The file 2022_03_speclib123.xls can be used as as library file for programs like Spectronaut, DIA-NN or Skyline. The file 2022_08_mastersheet_spectral_library_PA01_PA14_DDA-MS.xlsx contains quantitativ LFQ-quantified protein abundances of roughly 3800 gene products that were found in at least 6/8 samples. Please feel free to use the data to varify your experimental setup.
