Original data for Chang’E-5 samples reveal high water content in lunar minerals

The SEM file contains the original backscattered electron images of Fig. 1a-c in the article. The TEM file contains the original bright-field images, High-resolution (HR) images, and selected area electron diffraction (SAED) patterns used in Fig.2 and Fig.4. The Figure 5 file contains the original image and legend of the optical maturity (OMAT) image. The EDS file contains the original data of energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDS) of samples.
